Here’s the process

Visual identity

With the information and material you share with me about your brand,
I’ll prepare some initial slides so that you can check the style proposal for all your document.

If it doesn’t quite fit you, don’t worry! With your comments,
I’ll adjust the proposal until we achieve the style you have in mind.

Layout

Once the visual identity is approved, I’ll get to work with the layout of the rest of the slides,
based on everything we agreed before.

Once it’s ready, I’l send you the presentation for you to check. If we’re talking about a big presentation,
I’ll send you a weekly update.

Ready!

Whenever I get your approval, I’ll send you the definitive PowerPoint file
(and a pdf if you need it too), so that you can use it as soon as possible.

Can I modify the slides by myself?

Of course.

I’ll provide the PowerPoint file with no password or any type of restriction. This way, if you need to update some numbers, charts or the position of any slide in the future, you will be able to do it freely.

Is it possible to link an Excel file in my presentation?

Yes!

There’s a few ways to embed or link your spreadsheets depending on the result you are looking for. Don’t hesitate to ask and I’ll give you the best solution for your case!

Do you write the content yourself?

No, my service is exclusively about the design.

I can give you my opinion for some texts if requested, but the content must be provided by you or your team.

Will the file fit in a single email?

Indeed!

Normally it won’t given the weight of the images, icons and other elements of the presentation. But if it’s essential to send it, don’t worry, I’ll optimize the presentation to achieve the weight you need.
